We collect only the data needed to run Pitch Music Center, never sell it, and you can access, correct or delete it at any time. This policy applies to www.pitchmusiccenter.net and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.

Identity and contact data: name, artist or company name, email address, phone number, country.

Directory listing data: profession, biography, website and social media links, professional contact details, photo or logo.

Order data: products purchased, amounts, invoices. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Usage data: pages visited, emails opened, webinar attendance, IP address, browser type, cookies (see section 7).

Messages: what you send us through forms, email or social media.
We do not ask for sensitive data (health, religion, political opinions). Please do not include any in your messages or listings.

4. Who receives your data
Your data is handled by Nosh Productions and by service providers acting on our instructions:

Systeme.io SAS (France): hosting, account management, email campaigns, sales pages;

payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal): payment processing;

video and webinar tools used to deliver the Products.
Directory listings are, by nature, public. We may disclose data to authorities when required by law. We never sell or rent your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data is hosted in the European Union and managed from Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection. Where a provider processes data in another country, such as the United States, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).

The Website uses cookies that are essential to its operation (session, shopping cart, security). With your consent, given through the cookie banner, it may also use audience measurement and advertising cookies. You can change your choices at any time from the banner or your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the Website.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and reputable providers. No system is fully secure; in the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.

Our services are intended for people aged 16 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. The current version is always available on the Website, with its effective date. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the Website.
